Cabanos is a Marca of machine made cigars, since the Rev but did have hand rolled vitola's previously.
Belvedere's are a vitola made by several marca's inc Boli, R&J....size....
Not my fav, I prefer similar panatelas. The cone type head on the former, really requires cutting, whereas panatelas can be punched as well, which is simpler when fishing or travelling.
Decent strong tobacco flav & as a vintage smoke these are more flavoursome than you might imagine but never complex or changing, like a hand rolled of the same age. This is why they fetch good prices on auction but less than hand made. If you think you might have found a bargain check carefully, whether it was hand made at that time or not. Cgars for instance quote dimension & age but not method.
Colosos Gordos 7" ×49
This is a very rare cigar, possibly from the 1940's. I acquired a box from a member of a previous Cigar group, when I purchased a large potion of his collection.
An impressive stick, with a Julieta No2 length, with the RG of a Dble Corona. Unfortunately, many were damaged, due to storage but I smoked the best one & returned the rest. Was a heck of a smoke, with a med/full profile. Tragic they had been stored so badly. But a privilege to smoke such a unique cigar.
