This is a very rare cigar indeed, I have asked the eminent Robert Fox & he had never seen one but assumed it was a commemorative cigar. The company was formed in 1962 & in 1964 was renamed so that gives a narrow window if its age. In the Diademes format, it's wrapped in silver foil & I haven't unwrapped it.
