First cigar in a week and only a smallish Monte 2 Petite yet I have a hangover today, bad head and feeling shitty. Smoked with a glass of coke, then had dinner and one glass of ros? - definitely the cigar. Almost tempted to give up now, as I don't seem to be able to smoke anything with a shitty day after.

My first guess would be sugar levels in the mornings.
But then again I started getting like that and found my caffeine intake was sometimes high, sometimes none. So I looked into keeping it regular if that makes sense.
