This is not a really a surprise, is it? Many many people have been mugged off with the bloom/plume line when buying overpriced tobacco. I wonder who invented the ruse.

That's what I thought. Plume is like Santa Claus (or "someone" else but let's not get into that), a lot of people believe in him but he simply doesn't exist.

Exmoor, my home turf. Lovely part of the world. The ponies there can be a bit unpredictable. People feed them all sorts, and then when they come to you for food and you don't feed them they get a bit uppity.

Not being picky but if you camped in Dartmoor and could see the Bristol Channel then your eyesight is magnificent. Dartmoor being on the South Coast and the Bristol Channel being 50 + miles to the North with Exmoor, Quantock Hills and the Brendans between you

@TonyN Sounds great, Tony. Autumn is a wonderful season to be outdoors.

Went wild camping on Dartmoor some years back. Woke up very early before pals, sat outside my tent with a brew, watching the deer a stones throw from where we were camped, overlooking the Bristol Channel. A lovely moment and in the days before I had a camera phone stapled to my hand, but one that I'll never forget.

Right, another minor update. Dr Bignell is asking for me to send the request from the forum via a letter headed communication.

Great work Marc, Haven't any mouldy or plume covered cigars at present though; Mitch offered to send samples for testing, time to take him up on it.
