Very stellar Medio Siglo. Smooth draw but burn was not even, but still a decent ash with nice creamy caramel honey flavours.

Had a wonderful 2018 Wide Churchill today, perfect draw, burn and ash, with lovely creamy smoke and cherry and sweet cedar flavours, one hour and fifty minutes of bliss, my best smoke of the summer.

Excellent construction and smoothness for such a short stick, no wonder they are sold out so often.

My Father 1922. Untidy ash but a good solid pepper smoke.

Another pic of the lovely AF.

OK so on this excellent AF Magnum 52 I had to stop smoking it early, so I went back to it the next day and it smoked fine as before, mild and creamy. But then when I went to smoke a new cigar the next day I noticed I had left the nub of it on the ashtray so I decided to give it another go and what do you know the cigar smoked fine on the third day. The flavours were more muted but it was not overly strong, still mild/medium strength and was still a creamy smooth smoke. Really very impressive for a three day smoke.

A lovely Boli, strong long ash, razor sharp burn and smooth draw, think this sucker may have just been secretly made in the DR.

Nice ash for a shortish stick on this Davidoff Traveller, razor sharp burn too, a great all rounder and good value, lasted nearly an hour.

Love the dagger shot, like a scene out of Poirot.

I liked that the hickory BBQ taste was different to the usual cigar flavours. They did smell before I lit them up, but like with many DEs like the Acids, I find they actually smoke quite normally after a while, the unusual flavours soon take a back seat or I get used to them.

Must confess I did go out and get a KFC a few days later, and it tasted so good, probably because I have not had any fried chicken this year rather than because of the cigar.
