My first Acid experience this evening. I think this has to be the most appalling smoke I've ever had.

The pre draw left me with sickly sweet shop lips. I took about five tokes before abandoning the thing. I had a mouth that tasted of pot pourri tinged with cloves. A couple of hours later my living room smells quite bizarre. When my wife gets home she will think I've been polishing the brown leather sofas.

This was a cigar I asked my sister to bring over from the States. Now it's seven odd inches are sitting on my back porch.

Forgive me gentlemen. This is a place where I come to share enthusiasm about cigars.

I'm so sorry because to my tastebuds this cigar tasted completely vile.

Umm! A while back I bought the sampler tin of the Acids. Some were pretty good, some not so much. The Blondie and Clear Robustos stand out as decent alternatives, desert stogies.

Which one did you try?

That has to be the most comic no-smoke I've ever had.

I'm also really cautious about light-wrapper cigars. This thing had a blonde wrapper. (I don't know the correct term).

Like ramming Febreze into your mouth.

As a bad teenager, I would buy illicit Castellas when I was about 14 and feel puffed up for being evil and underhand.

This thing was like a prop at a circus.

I do apologise to those of you who love them.

I was going to turn to a Punch to get over it but realized I'd be trapped in a marzipan confusion.

The best seem to be the Kuba Kuba or the earthiness. The worst seem to be the suitabley named "nasty"

Think I'll stick with "real" seegars.
