He tried the second seal.jpgbox and found them very dry. I know they haven't been stored in a humidor or anything, but I don't think they've ever been mishandled, as it were.
They were purchased by my Grandfather, who travelled extensively. I don't know much more than that but I can find out if it's important. As for paperwork, none that I know of but the government seal is intact on the first box.

Hello!
My father has one unopened box of the above and one opened one (with 22 of 25 cigars intact).
He has promised to cut me in if I can help him sell them
I listed them on Ebay, only to find they don't allow tobacco products, so I had to take it down before we received any bids.
My intention isn't to invite offers from your good selves (unless of course the Admins allow that and you really want to!), but to ask your advice on two counts: how much are they worth, do you think? And where/how would be best to sell them?
