I have a fair collection of Korean cinema on DVD. There are some superb movies if you can handle subtitles.

      • This evenings movie was Eddie the Eagle. If you are old enough to remember it as it happened, its worth a watch as it will remind you of Britain getting behind the plucky underdog and supporting the guy who flung himself off mountains.... And if you dont remember it, watch it anyway. Its good harmless fun with a few exceptionally funny moments.

        • This weekend's film was Hell or High Water. It was pretty good, many parallels with other western films and well made. Jeff Bridges was his usual self.

Thanks for the heads up! Can't stand keanu reeves but will definitely be watching this, really enjoyed the first and in a weird way he fits the film perfectly!

                • Went to see Logan today. Not to bad, the story isn't the greatest but it's pretty a violent film. I've always wanted to see Wolverine like this, slicing his way through a lot of bad guys.

Been meaning to catch this; has been getting some really positive reviews. I watched Dr Strange last night and was pleasantly surprised by how much i enjoyed it

I didn't watch Dr. Strange yet but would like to. I'll be flying to the US in 8 days and hope that it's on the in-flight movie program.

                      • I watched Crimson Peak last night, and man what a disappointment. It's a beautiful film, but devoid of innovation. Guillermo del Toro could have and should have done way better :-\

                              • I watched the latest and supposedly last Resident Evil film today, it presents nothing new and was overall a disappointing LOB. On the plus side Milla Jovovic is ageing well.
