I suppose they have a point don't want to be a mile away from a smoker especialy a cigar smoker and breath and smell their
Cuban smoke.

It is understood Brighton is one of the first beaches in the country to be considering a ban
and if successful the rest of the beaches could follow
at this rate we'll only be allowed to smoke at home.
