Who is he? I mean, he might do. But there are space limitations for fitting a watch and lighter into a watch case regardless, so there will be compromises!

Why do you need to wear a watch whilst smoking? The whole idea is to take time out.

The timekeeping ability of a good watch is about as relevant as the nicotine hit from a good cigar.
