don't think I'm not tempted Habs, well she's now gone moaning to my boss who has said she doesn't have to replace it because we have another one in the building, well derr other people use that which is why I bought the bloody thing in the first place... feels like I'm back at school sometimes, I already have to hide the coffee I buy as none of these other feckers will buy it now I'm going to have to hide the coffee pot too? Actually you might have a point! There is always karma. You could have your next one locked away in your office or cabinet at work when not in use. I take it no security cameras in the office kitchen then. But seriously I do feel for you and hope you get it sorted.

yeah I know where your coming from but not in this case, what happened according to her was " I got mad and chucked it" , I think the reason I'm so annoyed is I keep buying the bloody things and the last three have gone missing in the space of 6 months, this is the first time someone has claimed responsibility though!

Sorry to hear of what happened. Maybe it was an immediate defensive reflex on her behalf? Perhaps talking to the person to find out what actually happened from her perspective, and then explain it from yours?
