When you have cigar knowledge and a search engine....

Also if the data lines up. Pesto last Friday. Smoking gun right there. Mouth almost feels normal today. Do think I got off lightly. Avoiding Pesto now on.

See. No need to tie up NHS resources!

I avoid Pine Nut's in general now tbh probably OTT but I was hardly using them that regularly anyway.

Worth checking whether the pesto in question does actually have pine nuts in it too. Our daughter is allergic to peanuts so we're generally wary about nuts, turns out the pesto we'd been giving her actually had cashews in it instead of pine nuts!

Aye, Pine Nuts are expensive so a lot of supermarket pesto have minimal Pine Nut content and put cheaper nuts in.
My chef mate makes fresh pesto as a sideline and it sells for up to £10 for a small jar but you can really taste the difference in quality against long life s/m stuff that costs a couple of quid.

She eats fairly well for a two year old, but I'm not sure she'd really appreciate a £10 jar of the good stuff!
