Commercial invoice is indeed needed but if you mention that it’s a gift, all this tax and or vat crap info is not needed.

Feel like you’re expecting a pun but nah commercial/work stuff has been pretty straight forward just more expensive. If anything getting things to NI is the most awkward now.

I’ve been trying to return an item to a clothes shop, UPS won’t take it anywhere without a commercial invoice but that asks for tax numbers and other details a person wouldn’t have themselves. Going round in circles for now
