And Steve and I finalised our huge cigar trade yesterday. Steve came over with a small suitcase filled with cigars for me and filled it again with what I had for him. It’s the biggest cigar trade I have ever partaken in.
No pics as I don’t post everything any more but I just want to say that Steve is one of the most generous people that I know in this hobby and that he sourced some amazing cigars for me, aged and recent.

My pleasure Mike. It was indeed a monster trade. Now don’t minimize your part of our transaction, I would say this was nicely balanced

That balances things out neatly then: the most generous and the tightest one, and we all will find our place somewhere in the middle ????????
I'm shortly heading out for lunch and a cigar with some friends. One of them is a collector who has a huge selection of vintage cigars and he occasionally sells some sticks. I will ask him if he has something from 1987. I have been trying to find a cigar from 1970 but it's very hard or should I say almost impossible to date pre 1985 cigars. Some stores stamped a date on boxes when they received new stock and that's the only way to get an approximate date for cigars released before they started the first code system in 1985.
I’m still looking for something from 1987 but I know it’s tricky to narrow down specific years! If you come across something let me know!
