Ah, TV and Internet packages..... Now that's a different story.

All TV and Internet companies will screw you if you stay on an older more expensive contract. The only company I came across that didn't was BE internet who put my monthly bill down every year I was with them and never once did any line shaping........ They were bought out by Sky who even though it's a faster connection, I have down time I never had before.

Now that's what I'm talking about right there, loyalty. What's all this "new customer only deal" crap?
