I hope the Goring does a decent pint of Guinness.
They'll be a few of us crossing the water for this, see you all there.

Thought I couldn't make it initially, but plans have changed and I've just booked my ticket! Look forward to seeing you all there

If you are still havering about the Behike Launch party the details of the Partners for the event have just been launched. And also consider that Drew doesn't drink and I will only drink Champagne so it could be a very liquid evening:

I see Hunters & Frankau have updated their website regarding the planned 'hospitality' for this event:

"On arrival you will be welcomed with a glass of Krug champagne, the new BHK 52 and an El Rey Del Mundo Choix de L'Epoque. You will also receive a commemorative gift box containing each of the new cigars: the BHK 52, BHK 54 and BHK 56 to take away with you.

There will be Champagne, cocktails, Cognac and Canapes served through out the evening and you will be entertained by a live Cuban band. There will also be a Cuban cigar roller in-situ."

Let's hope the weather is good!

Bloody hell - 5 cigars (7 through Mitch), Krug, XO, canapes & cocktails - it's almost good value for ?150.

Problem is it's still ?150. If only my money wasn't tied up in Greek Bonds & Icelandic Insurance, I'd be there like a shot.

[Well, if you're going to try & mooch, might as well make it a big one]

If this event weren't in the middle of the week, I'd consider hoping on a plane and flying over to join you lads. It would be great to see some of the old faces from the innaugural Puro Walk last year and meet some of the newer members who have joined since.

                  Oh well...

Cheers to all who are going!

The Bluebird is a trek from the Goring - its the complete opposite end of the kings road.

Wow, the even seems to be getting better with each passing week. I wonder what they'll add on to the list next week? A bottle of 21yo Cuban rum... One can only dream.
