Last night I watched The Devil Wears Prada. Actually a very watchable film, the more so because Anne Hathaway is in it.

Excellent acting by Meryl Streep as usual.

Watched Arctic this weekend. An intriguing film...two characters if you exclude the polar bear and almost no speaking. One character never even moves..
A very good film. Worth your time.

Might have to try that out.

Watched doctor sleep earlier, it was alright enjoyed it but unsurprisingly it can?t touch the original.

Me and MLW actually went to a vegan/vegetarian show this morning to get some inspiration - we're going to go try for a month or two if we can get it going. The UK strong man with the worlds biggest side burns (whiskers) was actually there
Doesn't have to be a hardline course, simply dump the meat from everyday cooking, meat alternatives/substututes are not necessary. Keep eating the odd egg, some cheese etc. and go slow.

They did hit I think all of the points. Protein, inflammation, hormones, taste, environment, industry, gut.

Some of these are certainly challenges, will look into these more... [emoji848]

Meanwhile I will experiment on myself!

Yeah hugely questionable science throughout with quite a few laughably bad sections. Sadly even though it definitely has a point it decided to take a lot of pseudoscience and questionable information to make it.

Guess they thought they needed to fight propaganda with propoganda
