Red Joan - yes, enjoyed it too.
Mind you, although you can't knock Dame J, it must have been money for old rope for her - a few scenes (mainly around a table and draw on her Philomena character. Nice work...

Indeed watched it the other evening [emoji106]Originally posted by Vitola View PostWatched last night ?Red Joan? on Netflix - a thoroughly absorbing story - even more intriguing as it is based around true events - Before, during and after WWll - nuclear secrets - Judy Dench plays the main part and gives a stellar performance

Also finally got round to knives out, what a film! If you?ve not seen this you should other than Joker best film from last year I?ve seen. Great old school murder mystery with a black comedy edge. Plenty of scenes with Daniel Craig happily enjoying a stogie too

I thought episode 9 was the best of the 3 newest Star Wars films but still not as good as the original trilogy or Rogue One. Solo was not bad. I'd really like to see The Mandalorian.

I enjoyed episode 9 and look forward to episode 10.
Is Bond the only thing that?s run continuously for longer? There was a trailer for the new one last night, looked good too.

I really enjoyed Solo but I really like Don Glover, as a stand alone film it was a great switch off and just enjoy couple of hours! Probably one of my favourites of the newer filmsOriginally posted by Horsebox View PostHaven't seen that either!

I try, but I'm perpetually disappointed. I couldn't finish soloOriginally posted by Horsebox View PostI really enjoyed Rogue One - haven't seen Episode 9 yet, but I'll approach it with an open mind and expect nothing less than a couple of hours of Star Wars-themed escapism.

I liked it as much as Rogue one which I thought was excellent

It?s a decent watch fairly satisfying conclusion but a fair few major plot holes and the whole ghost thing was just annoying (that shouldn?t be a spoiler but will make sense if you?ve seen). Mandalorian was the only thing made since the originals to come close imo
