Aye, I have been smoking these since the 90's, probably not as strong as they used to be but still great smokes. I would agree with 3-5yrs being optimum aging but having one or two a yr & seeing how htey age, you might find they suit you sooner. Let us know how it goes.

Nice, I love a Lonsdale. These have been officially “discontinued” since 2012 I believe, no idea why they still pop up with recent box dates on but long may it continue.

Thanks! I've only smoked one before and I liked it too. I think I would have preferred the No.54, but they seem a bit more few and far between. And generally I do prefer the slimmer gauges so fingers crossed its a good batch 👍 Being on the lighter side, do these become more smokeable earlier on?
