Cheers people. I'll leave them a month to hit the year mark, then try one out. I've never smelt the the whole ammonia/cat pee thing, despite having some young cigars in the past 🤔. Although my Cubans may now be getting left a bit longer after the latest news 😂

As Neil said, try them as soon as you get them. If they're great, keep smoking them. If not so hot, put them away for 6 months then try again.
The only time to not try one immediately is if they're smelling of ammonia/fish/wee-wee..... Definitely put them away until the odour disperses.
I've a recent box of Monte No1 that reeks of pish lol

Thanks! I've only smoked one before and I liked it too. I think I would have preferred the No.54, but they seem a bit more few and far between. And generally I do prefer the slimmer gauges so fingers crossed its a good batch 👍 Being on the lighter side, do these become more smokeable earlier on?

Yeah it seemed to be something to do with their tobacco regulation(??) Although I didnt try it, it might have been interesting to try checking out on the online store, just to see if it did require any business info 🤔. The language barrier lead to a 10% discount as well when I tried asking if there were any offers on 😂

I do regret not buying more, but hopefully I'll be able to get away somewhere else cheap in the near future 👍

Nice! Some places do have different online prices from store. I think jjfox have this too. But still way better than UK pricing!

Picked up a couple of boxes from the Krakow LCdH. Prices were more than expected after looking on the website (supposedly can't sell to consumers through there at those prices). But still got these two for a fair price. The HdM's (EGT OCT 21) I've had my eye on for a while. The Cuaba Exclusivos (LGR JUN 19) were more of a leftfield choice, dont see many around, but I enjoyed the one I had, and supposedly underrated, so worth a punt in my book.
