When I made home brew my keg sat on top the fridge and I drank it at whatever temp it came out at and always tasted fine so I guess its not too important. In fact being on top of the fridge probably made it hotter with radiator on the back of the fridge

Get your sen a cornelious keg and nitro condition it for best results all grain home brew will always provide good results if you stick to procedure. good time of year for home brew, less bugs knocking about ruining a hard days work.. I was well into the home brewing still got all my equipment, I need to get the momentum back and knock out a few more brews my best was a fireside liquorice stout it was an amazing 19litres that got destroyed at my brothers birthday bash not sure if I'll ever get close to emulating it....Originally posted by Wigan View PostWhen I made home brew my keg sat on top the fridge and I drank it at whatever temp it came out at and always tasted fine so I guess its not too important. Thing is you sit there waiting for 3 months not knowing what you're brew will turn out like and it's just a great feeling receiving positive feedback..
I love stout

Not strictly a Stout but I'm drinking Night Boat London Porter by Madness Brewing Co. (Yes it's the band... Madness.)

cool I'll look into this, as I'm a big Madness fan. Thanks. Regarding this milk stout, lovely creamy smooth drop. I'd buy this again.Originally posted by ValeTudoGuy View PostSorry bud, missed this response. http://www.madness.co.uk/2014/10/30/...ewing-company/"Gentlemen, you may smoke."
