It may be difficult to say your out right favourite. This month is being done where you have one after closing date to post a list numbered

1.Wigan
2. Joe Bloggs
3. John Smith

Totalled up at the end all listed in a post so we can outright winner and the rest can see how close they came.
You can do it different after this month if you choose but that's how this one is going down.

Just clarifying, the winner is the most 'first' placed and not a total from 1st, 2nd and turd?

Wigan , as one does my mind wanders and a thought came to me earlier, what are your thoughts on people voting for themselves , it poses quiet a few questions in that we are the competitors and the judges are we all exempt for voting for our own photo (possibly the easiest solution) if we all vote for our own possible Mexican stand off lol

After voting we could also post any other pics that we took with a festive theme but decided against entering.
I have a few ideas for pics but have just thought I may inadvertently steal some else's idea. HHmm what to do? I will post my crappest idea for a picture in thread then any other ones after closing I think

Closing date is 31st at midnight. I have come up with them rules after listening what every one is saying and taken it on board. More chance of everyone getting at least one point if you do a 1, 2 and 3. If people come up with something better in the mean time they can be amended. Like we have said tis but a bit of fun. I am sticking in a photo myself with the note not to vote on it just cause I want to join in on the fun

Should wait till all photos in after the 31st one vote allowed posted by end of following week , likes are difficult as people like photos as they go up as opposed to a final ponder as to which photo one likes best , which in my opinion is a different question , I may like a picture is it the best one not necessarily

Thats why we would only like one. We can see how many likes there are and they should be the same as the amount of voters.

If we use my method there will be a thread with say 20 posts of a picture and title then in the same thread another 20 posts with nothing but the name of the picture and photographer you are voting for. I don't see how it could be any simpler. It's completely open for everyone to see, all discussions in this thread so going back through the thread with the photos in each month will be an enjoyable experience rather than complicated. KISS
