    Not So Fast!

Ahem...I think he said he wants to CLOSE Guantanamo, not give back the land. He's been saying this since his first campaign for president in 2008.

That's what me yankee amigos say, anywayz.

    First Stumble!

Yeah...me amigos americanos woke me this morning to tell me the news. Sounds like chico habanos told se?or Castro about our bet.

Now, this may be nothing more than the first round of negotiations or it may be deal breaker....as me yankee amigos say, "Queer the Deal!"

I see in the news today that Raul has said that Gitmo must go before a relationship can be properly established

I agree chico wayne...some yanks can be quite "unique" and demanding while on travel, but so can other nationalities I've bumped into during my world travels.

Well, if you going to compare them to the Englishman, then I'd have to agree, but on the whole, yanks can fairly accommodating....at least the ones I know.

That's in their own country T, have you encountered large quantities of them on holiday. Just think Magaluf and double the volume. I'm not saying British tourists are any better but they have ready access to the Caribbean like we do to the Costas.

Not only are many of me best amigos americanos, but we have quite a few on these forums, most of whom are fine folk, fine folk indeed. Besides, the yanks have been going to all the other islands in the Caribbean for years and I haven't noticed any unseemly influences as a result....at least not the Islands I visit.

Now, I'm as upset as the next lad about the yanks invading our beloved Cuba, but not because they will f*ck it up, but because it will be harder to find a nice room, fine puro and a warm chica.

Being half americano, I couldn't agree more, brother.
