Just watching Obama on CNBC now. Apparently only Congress can lift the embargo in full, so I wonder if the GOP House would actually agree to lift it for a Democrat President?

Just spoke with several Americanos and in between their tears they all agreed puros are coming to America.

Apparently President Obama plans to address the Yankee nation at noon to outline details on moving towards normal relations with Cuba.
