Oooof so not really worth a watch then? Like I said I am not really a fan of superhero movies so if it was another actor I wouldn't even be considering it.

Watched American Made (netflix) its a pretty decent film I'm guessing loosely based on real world events from back in the day of the Medellín Cartel, A Tom Cruise film that isn't all shooty bang bang has its moments but it does tell the story pretty well would recommend

In the heart of the sea. Moby Dick movie, not bad. Anything to do with whaling is always touched with a tinge of sadness for me and its hard to feel any attachment to the characters when they've been savagely murdering things at sea.

How it ends on Netflix, awful.

    Netflix. Man from Toronto.

I feel like Kevin Hart's stuff always feels the same now. You get these guys or girls that do the comedy movies and they basically play themselves till everyone needs a break from them. I feel like Ryan Reynolds is the same.

There are a few laughs in there, but probably not worth watching. Although there is a pristine old Dodge Charger that's worth a look if you like those cars. She's a beaut!

For those with Amazon Prime... Force of Nature is quite possibly the worst film i've ever watched. I am honestly amazed that it got made, got Mel Gibson on board (even with his Hollywood toxicity) and if I am honest I am still not convinced that there is even a storyline that hangs together in any coherent sense... BUT its harmless visual wallpaper if you have bog all better to do!

The movie's a bit .. well the poetic license is of course heavily used. And the casting a bit week (Pine.)

That test was repeated in 2006 to the same results. Totally news to me! ☺️ Off to try some Californian wines...
Steven Spurrier was a wine legend... died a year or so ago I think... his Dorset Fizz is really rather good by all reports. although quite pricey

Also watched Smoke (1995) last night. Although its centred around a Cigar shop its more the stories that go on around it. Although there are a couple of shots of cigars and box purchases. Not a cigar movie. It's ok if you like the actors. Not a typical hollywood movie for sure.

Have you watched the somm series of documentaries? Somm 3 has a lot of the details of the 1976 as well as a recent re-test with some of the original organisers. All worth a watch.

Another wine Doc if you've not seen it is Sour Grapes, not just about wine but a story of a connman who infiltrated the fine wine world, one of my favourite documentaries.
No, not seen these. Will check them out. Thanks.
