Non-UK Retailers and Tax Evasion Discussions

I think it's OK for us to send cigars abroad as gifts, but not Cuban cigars to the USA.

The latter is punishable by death, no?

Cigars as gifts from outside the UK is a bit of a grey area Saggy .... meant to be for Birthdays, Anniversaries only. (Christmas dosn't count)

As long as they've paid the correct tax and duty and followed the guidelines set by the law, I don't see why not.

Please do not discuss tax or import duty evasion on the forums.

Please do not discuss non-UK sources on the forums.

Any posts disregarding these very two simple rules will be deleted and you will be banned.

Discuss your cigars, but by doing this, we're presuming you have paid the correct duty and tax in regards to the items you've purchased.

Grey market trading, i.e. purchasing from individuals abroad without paying associated tax, is considered discussion of a non-UK retailer.

Please refrain from discussing these sources on our forum.
