I'm lucky that I go often enough to always buy from Gib. I cannot entertain UK mainland prices anymore... I do sometimes buy in Spain though. Nothing illegal here just won't pay the crazy UK prices.

Think this thread has gone off topic somewhat! But Gib pretty much sums it up as an example. It's all tax, thus why B&H and a Jack Daniels is a tenth of the price elsewhere too.

I went to Gib when I was 17, a pack of 20 Embassy was 72p, whereas a pack of Rizla was over ?1, bonkers place.
