Sorry to hear of this news [MENTION=13462005]moteyi[/MENTION], it sucks. However there is always a future, it just takes some time and patience. biggest thing i found that helps is just take small steps, take things a few days at a time and it gets easier.
even though you'll have more 'time' when it's just you, make sure you have some you time to do your things, like having a stick, watching sport or whatever it is. I found this really helped me out.

Hi Steve, Hope the counselling helps you come to terms with the situation. I assume the 1bed flat is a financial necessity but does that mean you wouldn't be able to have your children stay over?

This is only going to be a temporary arrangement, and I would plan on having a sofa bed so that they can stay over if they want. A 2 bed place would be great but around here the cost is prohibitive plus I need to find somewhere where I can have a dog.
