Not sure I'll have any money left for cigars. Solicitor bills are huge and nothings happened so far.

Forearms too. Smoking grand coronas can help - their weight is a good workout.Originally posted by ha_banos View PostYeah. You want a manly body get some traps [emoji16]

Good work.Originally posted by Kickback View PostNo real next goal other than finding some abs for the first time in my life [emoji38]
Got to wait till my rib heals before I start situps etc.
I'll just keep running 3 times a week and eating healthy stuff I've grown myself.
My main focus is financial. I have to get myself secure again after getting completely shafted.
I am going to the Le Mans Classic next year though with some mates which will be my holiday apart from the week I'll take my girls away somewhere.
I now need to keep my job more than ever and retirement in 10 years is completely off the cards, especially with a new 20 year mortgage.
Lol
Anyway one of the things I am looking forward to is being able to buy some cigars when I want, from here too and possibly join a few of you at a herf or two.
Abs are about low body fat percentage more than sit ups - you need at be at 10% or so really!
But lots of situps does burn fat, just not as much a running, or dieting.
Keep it up.

When you?re coming to London mate give me a shout, would be glad to come and have a smoke with someone. Sounds like you?ve made some positive changes to your life [emoji1360]Originally posted by Kickback View PostThey're not related.
Kickback is short for Kickback and relax.
I joined here a long time before my current situation manifested. It was an out the blue shock on the day of my 50th birthday earlier this year.
I live near Newark so Surrey is a bit far but do work in Sheffield a couple days a week and very occasionally have to go to London.

From your present circumstances (all the best for that), your 'handle', and the description of the injuries, I assumed it was a case of one kick inbound and one in reply!

Congratulations on getting to your target, setting yourself another fitness one or anything now? Definitely sounds like you have the right mindset to move forwards with this positively now which is the most important thing.
I wouldn?t focus too much on expecting to be divorced in 6 months those things tend to end up taking much longer than anyone wants them to

I tripped up a neighbours back garden steps.
I hate broken ribs, they're so annoyingly uncomfortable for ages.
