Small rant time - just taken a call from a well spoken lady who's 16yr old daughter went out last night and hasn't returned. Has never gone missing before, none of her friends know where she is and her phone is dead. I struggled to hear a lot of what she needed to tell me because her father was ranting and raving in the background about her not being there for his birthday. You can't make it up.

Oh and we lose thirty staff a month across the three centres so yes, a high burn out ratio

Add thirty years police service to that Simon, definitely teflon coated.

I would think it's a job with a high burn out ratio, at 7 1/2 yrs is it time to look to something different & lighter or are teflon coated by now?
